Lovely setting. Hotel extraordinarily clean. This cleanliness was very noticeable in all the shared areas in particular. Extremely helpful staff. The staff were young and all lovely. Ceri who answered the bookings and was on reception was really diligent and excellent. A young man working on the bar (with a beard) went out of his way to be cheerful and friendly and sort out a dinner that wasn't on the menu for me on Sunday. I'd be interested to see the bigger/older rooms but our annexe room was large and very well designed with a great bathroom.

Light, modern, very comfortable, good quality bedding, towels. Very clean, appreciated the little extras, tea, coffee, milk and cereal, plus biscuits. We liked everything.
