Breakfast was good, couldn’t get a better location for visiting Knebworth house. Our room was very large and immaculate, we were very pleased with the hotel.
Perfect location for an event at Knebworth house as only a couple of miles away, also right in the nice ‘Old Town’ part of Stevenage. Free parking right outside the door. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were self catered and the kitchenette was fine for a couple of days.
Loved everything - staff are amazing so friendly / rooms were lovely and clean and spacious even tho we had a sofa bed in there for the kids we still had room to move! Cleaners were lovely and accommodate if we needed anything extra.
Shower is powerful / very modern / food was ok can’t complain
Location was perfect for everything we needed we was going to knebworth house and was a 5 min drive.
Large comfortable rooms, very nice patio for breakfast, on the doorstep of Knebworth House, staff very helpful but obviously not enough staff. Only one member of staff was on the breakfast buffet serving which was not really enough but she managed efficiently and cheerfully, she was excellent. The hotel was good value for money and plenty of parking.
