Staff, the room was pretty good for the price, car park, electric car charger (50kw BP)
Should point out that they have charging facilities more clearly. It is one charger with 3 cables.
But the staff are the best thing about this hotel.
Hotel is well suited for the NEC and the airport.
They now serve a limited evening meal at pub prices, but I found the meal tasted good.
And there is a pub 1 minute walk away.

Like the scenery the most, a hidden gem, staff were so helpful beautiful entrance smelt nice and clean.
Loved the food in the restaurant, a lot of people great vibe, good mix of diverse cultures staying at the hotel.
Afternoon tea was a pleasant experience.
Didn’t like that steam room wasn’t working and the costume dry machine.
I will definitely be going back to stay again though regardless.

Be careful about booking at this hotel.
Be careful about booking at this hotel. I hadn’t realised that we had accidentally booked and paid for two rooms. The hotel staff didn’t check or care about this simply taking our money then refusing to refund us for one of the rooms. The receptionist was rude and uncaring. It spoilt the first night of our wedding anniversary so thank you Novotel.

Absolutely lovely the place was spotless food was delicious reasonable prices the room was lovely and spacious very quiet loved the outside seating it was lovely weather so was a treat to be able to sit in the sunshine staff very helpful and friendly breakfast was lovely lots of choice and nice and hot really pleased that there was a shuttle to the airport spot on many thanks

This location is on the NEC/Resort World campus and is ideal if you are attending a comference, exibition or activity at those locations. There is a variety of restaurants/bars on site. All the resaurants get very busy on Friday nights and over the WE and reservations are a good idea. Parking can be expensive, but discounts are avaiable for customers who shop/stay at Resort World. outlets.
A wonderful high class hotel and as close to the airport terminal as you could get without actually being inside.... beautiful comfortable room with fantastic large bed would definitely recommend and would not think about staying anywhere else should we fly from Birmingham Airport in the future...
Located close to Birmingham Airport and the NEC it was very convenient to go into Birmingham by car. Breakfast was good. Showers were also good in the rooms. There is parking but not free which I thought it was. Its good value for money compared to many hotels in Birmingham.
As a budget level hotel, it is exactly that. However, it is extremely good for this level. It is very clean, staff are extremely courteous, and the location for Birmingham International Airport is unrivalled. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.
Nice Hotel in walking distance to BHX airport, nice, clean rooms, good breakfast (before 7am unfortunately only continental), nice staff, we have been there already the 3rd time and we will come back when we are in Birmingham
Everything!! Location to terminals, rooms so comfy and quiet. Staff friendly. Great bar area and food. 2nd time staying here. Will always use this hotel when flying out from birmingham airport.
