This property is stunning and in a perfect location. the building itself is very quirky but the layout makes rooms feel incredibly private. The decor is at a very high spec with fabulous attention to detail.

We were surprised by the location, at the end of a small street , which was great because it was quiet and no through traffic. James on reception was brilliant, very helpful when booking a restaurant and taxis. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and all cooked to order. The hotel was in Hoole which is a nice part of Chester with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was cosy and comfortable with tea and coffee in the room.

The only thing that holds it down is that there is no breakfast as it is purely just a stay place. However, right next-door you can get a full English breakfast. However, that does add to the cost considerably.
