How we were greeted when we arrived very friendly staff and then being taken to our room not just handed key's and told where our room is then being shown all the facilities in the room. The breakfast was lovely served with a friendly smiley face. I can honestly say we have found our place to stay in chester for future stop overs loved it

The location of the hotel was ideal as close to the town centre and attractions. The Breakfast was lovely and very good value for money. All the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for any one of them that we came into contact with during our stay
