The hotel is really nice, the room was lovely and very comfortable - it felt modern and clean and we loved the White Company products in the bathrooms and the tea and coffee machine in the room. The staff were also really nice and Colinda at the front desk in particular was very helpful - upgrading us to a king bed on arrival was an extra special touch! We also came for the Kings of Leon concert and the hotel was very thoughtful in their approach as a lot of guests seemed to be doing the same - the band's music was playing in the lobby and there were welcome drinks. Just nice additional moments that are noticed and make all the difference.

Great location, beautiful hotel. The reception and lobby bar are spectacular but the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The spa is wonderful, I just wish there was a swimming pool!! I've stayed here many times and will return.
