Very clean hotel, and on a quiet part of Kemptown. Amber was so friendly and helpful, really appreciate the service. The room had a really beautiful view and decoration.

The location was great apart from being rather noisy at night. But it was convenient for my purposes.

Walk along the boardwalk past the boats and restaurants and at the end you can see Roedean School. If you're feeling energetic you can carry on by the undercliff walk past the Asda supermarket and cinema and visit Rottingdean or carry on along the coast.
