Really lovely hotel stay for my Partners birthday. The hotel made a real fuss of us, including a birthday plate at lunchtime, box of chocs in the room and a mimosa at breakfast. My partner was pleasantly surprised o the standard of teh hotel.

excellent big plus is for carla on reception very helpful kind and professional. Breakfast was superb .As we are quite elderly we found getting in and out of the shower difficult so we asked if it was possible to change rooms to one that had a walk in shower and this was done again by Carla to a lovely room with a wet room.

It was easy to find and near to everything I needed for my stay. A few streets down the road are Adventure Island and many restaurants and shops around. Sam was very helpful and tried to help with the WiFi.
Great location and walking distance to a adventure island and pier. Very friendly and super helpful staff. Super clean, lovely carpet, comfy bed, lovely bed linen, superb bathroom with a shower cabin, toiletries provided, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk and we have even kitchennette with microwave and fridge. We love our stay here.
Neat,clean and spacoius property. 3 families can stay without any hussles. Nice kitchen with all amenities and have 2 bathroom which is a great plus while staying as a group.
Location is also nice, close to beach and walkable distance to Adventure Island. Owner has also well behaved and helpful. The premier shop at the ground floor of the property is a great facility.

Hosts Jeni and Ian were very friendly and recommended a few places to go to. There’s also a map on one of the the walls showing what there is to do locally. The Annex had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It is also in a great location and not far from the shops or the beach. The beach is a few minutes walk away and Adventure Island and the Pier are about 40-50 minutes walk away. I would highly recommend staying at the Annex and we would stay here again
I liked the location it was excellent, just a short walk to the Pier and Adventure Island. The 3 smart TVs were handy, the basement flat was very clean and well presented and spacious. The bed sheets and towels were clean. Toilet rolls, toiletries and dish soap were provided. Plenty of utensils and cookware to use. I really liked the extra little touches like a welcome card, cookies, and milk and tea bags etc. Parking was included for free. Excellent value for money.
The location was not bad to get to the seafront and shopping centre and adventure Island was a good walk quite a good food shops nearby the apartment was very well compact.
Liked that it felt like an apartment so home from home. Had enough cups, plates and glasses etc . Muted decor and wood made it pleasant enough . Not far from Prittlewood station . Next to small

It was modern, clean and they owners thought of everything! Lots of homeware and utensils. So close to the beach literally a 2 minute walk, also right next to the adventure island which the kids loved. I would highly recommend to my friends and family and would definitely book to stay here again. Perfect hosts of a beautiful apartment.
