The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is ok, although a greater choice would be appreciated. Parking just underneath the hotel at additional fare. Breakfast with good choice. Nice and wide room with very nice view on the mountains.

The breakfast was good and dinner was brilliant, very tasty. Staff were super friendly and attentive. The feel in the dinning area and bar was really nice and homely. Well decorated.

Well equipped apartment close to ski lift and train station. Pool and games room were excellent for the children and essential if can’t ski as there is nothing else to do in Vallorcine. boulangerie great for breakfast. Staff very helpful, thank you.
Dropped into The Guest House for a rest day on the TMB. The location is excellent, less than 15 mins walk from the train station. The house is beautifully decorated, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Helen and Steve made me feel right at home, and i really enjoyed our conversations. Combined with a delicious breakfast in the morning before setting off, I recommend The Guest House as the spot to stay when passing through Vallorcine.
Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious apartment, very clean. lovely pool with sauna. There are 3 restaurants in Vallorcine, ski hire, the cable car station and the train station are just behind the hotel.
The guest house was spotlessly clean in all areas. Our room was very pleasant and comfortable, and we had no problem relaxing. The communal area was a home from home and a place where we were able to take in the great mountain views and enjoy the peaceful location of Vallorcine. We tried Helens Mountain breakfast, and there was plenty of good food provided for a substantial breakfast. Overall, Helen and Steve were great hosts, very hospitable, and we very much enjoyed staying at the Guest House, and certainly would again.
Great location and spacy rooms equipped with everything we needed to cook on our own. Vallorcine is a nice location a little bit away from Chamonix center, but easily accessible by car or by train.
Reception was not available when we arrived late, but keys were put out so there was no issue.
Apartament in Vallorcine is very good, clean and cozy We liked it very much. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroms were upstaires what was a good solution. Kitchen is equipped very well, there was everything we needed. The host was very nice. We didn't have any problems with the keys. Apartament is located very close to the ski lift. Near beautiful mountains. We would definitelly come here again.
Beautiful location, would have liked to have been there longer. Took the train from Chamonix to Vallorcine for the night and then walked across to Switzerland early the next morning to catch a connecting train. Fantastic host, enjoyed our chat.
Very nice and spacious apartment, all needed basic kitchen utensils were there. Hotel location was very good, right next to the Vallorcine ski lift and train station (they provide free of charge travel cards for tourists, super good option to reach other towns, like Argentiere, Chamonix).
And bakery with fresh croissant/bread just around the corner :)
