Staff were all so lovely and welcoming, gave some really useful recommendations of places to visit and held our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight was later in the evening, meaning we could have a final stroll through Nice. Room was so beautiful and clean and location was excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the Nice Ville train station. Overall a lovely hotel would definitely stay again if I visit Nice in the future!!

The property is located very close to the Promenade and to the Place Massena. So, it’s super convenient if you want to stay by this surrounds. It’s not far from the train station. About 15 minutes walking straight up the Rue du Congrès. The apartment is fairly small, but we always planned to be almost the whole day outside. So, we only used it to sleep over. I’d say it requires a pros & cons assessment from each person/group, depending on their travel plans.
Great location! So central - you walk straight out on to Place Massena and you’re on the edge of Old Town.

The location was great, just a short walk to Place Massena or the Old Town. Plenty of shops nearby for basic food supplies. The bed was very comfortable. The washing machine was useful for a ten day stay. The area was quiet at night and there was no noise from neighbouring apartments.
The water was hot at all times.
The best aspect is the position: few minutes by foot from the Place Masséna or the Promenade des Anglais.
To me, the place is more of a B&B rather than a real hotel: it is a big appartment with something like 7 or 8 rooms. There is a reception available until 8 pm, though. Room has everything you need to a few days' stay, including hair dryer and mini fridge (than can prove super useful in hot sunny Nice). Quite safe for a solo traveller, although I've certainly seen better.
The host met us at the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment was much like in the pictures, and well equipped. Electrical heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The location of the property was excellent near the other end of pedestrian zone starting from Place Massena and only a couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais.
