Everything at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is professional, polite, helpful, they cannot do enough to satisfied your requests. The rooms decor is done with a taste and high functionality. The beds and linen are of high quality. Aircon is quiet, tea and coffee are always replenished, the room is cleaned twice a day! Breakfast had lots of choices and dinner was served in elegant plates and was very delicious.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Singulier in Bordeaux for one night, and it was absolutely delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegant and cozy ambiance. The hotel’s design seamlessly blends modern comfort with classic French charm. The attention to detail in the decor, from the chic furnishings to the tasteful artwork, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. After being offered an Upgrade for a reasonable price, We stayed on the third floor in a lovely room with an indoor bathtub. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The plush bedding and high-quality linens made for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The highlight was definitely the bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to our short stay. The service at Hotel Singulier was outstanding. Audrey, in particular, was incredibly nice and helpful. She provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations and made sure we felt very welcome. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience. Even though our stay was brief, we appreciated the hotel’s amenities. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh, local products and was a perfect start to our day. The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of Bordeaux’s major landmarks, shopping areas, and fantastic restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our one-night stay at Hotel Singulier was perfect. The beautiful design, excellent service, and prime location made it a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux, whether for a short or long stay. In summary, Hotel Singulier provided us with a wonderful, albeit brief, experience in Bordeaux. It’s a gem in the heart of the city, offering comfort, luxury, and excellent service. Audrey’s exceptional hospitality was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

Our Suite was very comfortable, staff excellent, room was not available for late checkout but staff allowed us to use a very comfortable conference room until later in the day. A great selection of wines were available for purchase. Great location with shopping and grocery shops nearby, Tram was a short distance away. I would stay again 5 stars.
