Liked NOTHING AT ALL. This was the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The room was no bigger than a cabin on a cross channel ferry. If you sat on the edge of the bed you could not open the door. The bathroom did not smell good. Again it was smaller than a cross channel ferry bathroom.
There was only one pillow and reception insisted there were 2!!
We booked bed and breakfast- on arrival we received a receipt for same.
When we tried to have breakfast early the following morning the rude staff would not allow us because they insisted we had not paid, even showing them the printed receipt was no good. We had a very long drive ahead so we stormed out without breakfast. RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DREADFUL HOTEL.

Whole thing excellent. Called us to check arrival time. Quite late so they waited for us. So helpful and friendly. 3 pets 2 rooms. All as good as it gets.

The good bit, clean bed linen and towels, that is where it ends. Dreadful rough noisy area and air con did not work, unbearable hot, we left at 0130 just couldn't stand the heat and noise any longer, the children were upset, do not use this hotel, worst I have ever stayed in

Clean friendly staff convenient for motorway but no towels or hairdryers in room unless you asked and the information was not in English so we didn't know! Coffee in room would be lovely but cheap from machine
The location was brilliant, as you come out of the hotel there is a Buffalo grill and a complete host of fast food restaurants, including a pizza shop. This hotel is definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to explore Bordeaux as the transport links are great. The locked car park was also good as it gave peace of mind for safety of the motorbike.
The location is great! It is close to the city centre of Bordeaux, and traveling with the boat there is a fun activity by itself.
The host is very friendly and willing to help out!
The house itself is very nice, roomy and clean. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in the neighbourhood of Bordeaux.
We missed our connection in London and arrived at 2 a.m. the gentleman who let us in was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and very clean. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the fabulous indoor market, a buzzing location but a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil hotel. I will definitely stay here again! Great value.
Door of room 12 does not close well. Housekeeping came in while i was a sleep did not checked out yet. This hotel gave me weird vibes......there was a man going back and foward from his room to the parking lot, texting and looking out for someone. Overall i did not feelsafe as a single woman. I will never book this chain of hotel.

Great stop on our way to the pyrenees. Lovely room for a family of four. We took the tram to go to bordeaux short walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and served our breakfast early as we needed to leave.
The staff when we did check-in was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked properly during our stay. Parking is just right next to the hotel without reservation needed.
This property is always a good value for money for an overnight stay when passing by Bordeaux. The 24h reception, the secure car parking place and the breakfast buffet are all very convenient for the guests.
