The hotel is very well located. Right at Casco Viejo, close to all major attractions. The staff is very welcoming and looking to help. The room was very comfy, clean and with a nice view.

I wasn’t particularly thrilled with our stay. We arrived, were greeted with faultless service, and were in our room resting within minutes. A little chaos or a delayed check-in would have added some much-needed excitement.
The room was spotless and disturbingly quiet. I prefer a bit of noise - doors slamming, muffled conversations, maybe even the occasional argument next door. It helps me relax. Instead, I was trapped in a bubble of oppressive calm.
Breakfast was served with a stunning view of the Guggenheim Museum, which was entirely too distracting. Naturally, this made it impossible to fully focus on the excellent food.
The location was also far too convenient, with everything just a short walk away. I usually enjoy the challenge of navigating public transport, but here, even that simple pleasure was denied.
And, to make it worse, my wife loved it. Now I have to live up to this standard every time we travel.

Loved the hotel. The location is very central. You can easily walk to the old town, the Guggeheim and the San Memes Stadium.
The hotel decor is modern and feels relaxing. The hotel bar at the front had a good selection of food and drinks.
Although we didn't use room service it was available.
The bedrooms are spacious, bed super comfortable and the bathroom and showers were great, there was a normal and rain shower.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly

lots of restaurants etc here. good to book ahead...even for the same evening as during tourist times it was pretty busy. we happened on a local festival day and getting food was a challenge!! we did eventually and it was great.

Really brilliant location, 1 minute from Plaza Nueva. in the heart of the old town, and walkable to the Guggenheim and everything else. The room was good value with very comfortable beds, a good shower with toiletries provided, and fun, director inspired decor. Appreciated the coffee machine and hair dryer, which I would not normally expect at this price point. Friendly staff and quiet despite being very near to the centre of all the Bilbao action

The friendly and helpful staff. The ease of parking. We were upgraded which was rather lovely. Lovely room. Really good breakfasts. The location is good. You can walk to the Old Town in 10 minutes or catch the bus just outside the hotel. We had one evening meal in which was good but the menu is limited - we had the second evening meal out on the Plaza Nueva which was lovely. It took 20 minutes to drive to the Ferry Port.

The best flat we have ever stayed in. Newly renovated in a very captivating style, extremely clean and the location is just awesome, close to Plaza Nueva with lots of bars and restaurants. Mercedes, the host, was very kind and provided us with a bunch of tips on where to eat and what to see in Bilbao and surroundings. Absolutely recommended!

Very easy to find from the station Casco Viejo exit San Nikolas. Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Every must see is at walking distance.
Absolutely fantastic spot in the old town on Plaza Nueva which is home to many fantastic pintxos bars. The Guggenheim was walkable as were many other parts of the city. Room was comfortable and equipped with a fan which was much appreciated in the heat.
