Very approachable, friendly and helpful staff - phoned up a recommended restaurant to help me navigate through the dinner arrangements. The hotel size and features give a personal and ambient feel to the stay.
Room was themed as all of them are. This is a very nice touch and makes the stay something extra to look forward to.
Excellent prime location next to the beach and optimally positioned for reaching notable green spaces.
Really enjoyed the breakfast. Was walked through the setup upon arrival, the food was great and, again, thanks to the size of the hotel, it was a very relaxing experience.

Lovely Little Hotel in a perfect location for exploring Santander. Friendly staff who are clearly passionate about the high standards they strive to achieve and clearly want you to have the best experience possible in this terrific City. Check in took a little longer than we’re used to but that is simply due to staff taking the time to explain everything you’d want to know about your room, the hotel and things to do and see during your stay. Complementary drink during check in was a nice touch as was the complementary breakfast tray in your room each day, if required. Room was immaculate and had everything we required during our week long stay. Location was also perfect for exploring and only a 5 min walk to the heart of the city and a 15 min walk to a beautiful beach. Also spoiled for choice with loads of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Loved our stay in this hotel and Santander and hope to return.

Absolutely incredible breakfast, so fresh and tasty and lots of options. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable bed and I appreciated the water and coffee provided as part of the room. The pool was great, a real plus when the beach was too windy.

A beautiful boutique hotel, close to El Sardinero beach . The hotel was immaculate and rooms creatively decorated in the style of major cities.
Breakfast had such a choice, and we were accommodated with an early check out .
Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the places to visit and restaurants to try .
The owners , Terresa , and Carlos , couldn't have been more welcoming.
A perfect place as a base to explore Santander and the North Coast of Spain.
Clean and in front of El Sardinero beach, 30 min walk from the city center but the area is without doubt the best: calm, nice and with good bus connections. Staff is really nice and the room was clean. Nice views to the sea, quiet and relaxing. The cafeteria at the ground floor serves good food.
Travelling with our dog we always stay here a day or two before the ferry. Very comfortable - good restaurant and breakfast cafe next door. On busy street leading to El Sardinero beach - double glazed windows - however street goes very quiet overnight. Easy to walk to other beaches and to Las Llamss park - as seen on Monty Don’s Gardens of Spain.
