The personal(Manuela, Jonathan and John are very nice), they all speak english and helped us with all the informations we need in Medellin.
The room was spatious, very clean the bed very confortable.
The breakfast was ok, the coffee very good.

Great space to live and sleep, with nearby supermarkets and walking access to Unicentro Mall.
What really stands out is the reception and restaurant staff who made us feel at home. I loved the WhatsApp connection with front desk that made.me.feel connected and safe.
Access to bedrooms also felt very secure with codes instead of a card.

I liked most that the room was spacious, the location was quite good, and the warm water pool was very nice. Additionally, the hotel bar served great drinks, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied.

Absolutely lovely host - Diana went out of her way to help with all matter. Nice clean place, great location and away from road noise. Great wee garden out the back that we had breakfast in. She keeps the place very secure too. Close to shops, metro and restaurants ...... less than 5 minutes away.
