We enjoy our 3 nights in Moon & Chalice Boutique Hotel -- a 100+ years historical building. The hotel manager Ling Ling was very helpful. She helped us to book a driver to pick us up at the airport, helped us to register a China number at the nearest China Mobile, and also treat us tea in the afternoon. We love the tea prepared in our room every night when we back to the hotel too! There are also 3 books in the room for us to browse through... The extra service made the whole experience warm and welcome!

Great location, walking distance to the main railway station. We arrived late at night to rest and take next day train, the hotel met our expectations with 24/7 check in available, overall process is fast and the surrounding is quite as the hotel rooms are 20+ levels. Overall good experience, and value for money.

The lady at reception who spoke English was simply amazing . Never have I met a person so suited to her profession in hospitality. She was so warm , professional and went above and beyond in helping us navigate our first trip to China . She is a credit to this hotel . I’m only sorry I can’t remember her name , but she is the one who speaks perfect English. She even accompanied us to the train station when we could not book the tickets at the hotels reception ! Amazing service !!
