I just love Miramar by Windsor Copacabana! This was my 3rd time here and the service, the employees, the breakfast, everything is 10/10 and never disappoints. Please if you're staying in Rio and want to enjoy Copacabana, just go for Miramar, because the value you get for your money will be the best there. Especially, the employees are always super kind, professional, supportive and always finding a solution to a question or problem. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. This is my fav go to hotel and I'll definitely return again.

Christ the Redeemer
Standing at 38 metres tall, Christ the Redeemer welcomes all of Rio into his outspread arms from atop Corcovado Mountain. With the hot weather and long queues, it takes perseverance to get up close and personal with the big man. Wake up in time to catch the first train to cut down on the wait and snap the best photos.

The rooms were a good size, comfy and clean. The breakfast was fab with a great selection to keep everyone happy. You are just a 1 minute walk to the beach and the rooftop pool is small but beautifully laid out. The cafe/bar on the roof has full views of the beach and you can see Christ the Redeemer in the distance too. It is a great place to watch the sunset with a drink in hand.
The kids loved the little games area in reception (billards, table football, arcade game and x box).

Everything… the view is just incredible looking at Christ the Redeemer… this has to be the best breakfast view there is. Special mention to July as she was just the best host during our stay… fresh bread, beautiful views and superb decor. This is a great place to stay. Thank you
The location - we experienced a incredible sunrise from our room. View is second to none, Christ the Redeemer, sugar loaf and the planes landing in the bay was just amazing. The rooms and decor, hosts, the personal touches and easy going atmosphere, just made our stay perfect
We enjoyed four nights at the hotel. It is only three blocks from the beach, and close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were excellent. Views to Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain. The cocktails were delicious too!

Pool area small and dated but comfortable beds and the hotel has made the most of limited space without it feeling cramped.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful in all areas from entrance and throughout hotel. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The breakfast. lunch and dinner buffet offer a great selection for all tastes and lunch and dinner prices are good value. Very nice rooftop terrace with views 0f Christ the Redeemer and Sugar loaf. There is also a pool with bar.Great for relaxing in the evening.
The location was excellent, the room was a good size with a bath. The views form the rooftop bar/pool were superb, both of the beach and Christ the Redeemer. Al the staff were friendly and helpful, even though sometimes there was a language barrier. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Bar prices were very reasonable .
Located less than 5min walk near the Largo do Machado Metro stop. The Metro is quick, easy to use, air con and cheap. Metro and Uber are definitely the way to get around. Hotel is ideally located to reach all main attractions with little effort. Lots of great places to eat out near by. The sun deck, pool and spa are great with a great view of the Christ the Redeemer statue. Easy walk to the beach nearby and fantastic walks along the coast.
