There was a small kitchen area but it was well-equipped and easy to use to cook simple meals. The balcony was a wonderful feature and the hammock was a treat - loved it. Communication with the host was excellent and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The chalet is in a beautiful location and it’s easy to drive to the waterfalls and Pedra Selada from there.

It's super close to the town so going for lunch or dinner was easy if we didn't feel like cooking but the kitchen is fully equipped, it has absolutely everything you could need for long stays. We only stayed 2 night but we enjoyed our stay so much. The host was amazing, so helpful and kind. We will 100% stay here if we come back to Brazil.

Close to the airport and free shuttle every 20 minutes. Room is large, double bed is very large, shower is nice and large. Breakfast is good, both variety and quality. Staff at check-in was friendly. We did not use, but the pool was just in front of our room window and seems nice.

The pool, it was lovely, really peaceful and very quiet despite the fact that you're right next to the airport. It was also very handy, as they offer a shuttle to the airport free of charge which is less than five minutes away. Staff really friendly.
Perfect location, incredible friendly staff. They work together with a hut at the beach where you get chairs and a sunshade for free. Breakfast is very nice.
Great location right by the airport for a one night stay before / after flying. The free airport shuttle was also very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No complaints on that front. The pool area is also very nice with loungers and table and chairs to relax. Handy to also have a bar by the pool area for drinks and snacks.
Lovely, quaint hotel with central pool area with old style accommodation around and tower block at other end. Lovely room located in old part with ground and 1st floor rooms. Tastefully appointed, lovely high ceilings and wooden windows and shutters. Good breakfast selection, buffet style with eggs cooked to order. Lunch a similar setup.
If I could give this place 11/10 I would! Possibly the most beautiful hostel in Ilha Grande, up the hill, with wooden chalets in a leafy jungle garden. Warm family atmosphere, delicious breakfast buffet including fruit, eggs and homemade cake served on lovely tableware. Dorms and rooms are spacious and serviced every day. A great place to chill out during the day if you want to stay home - big shady verandah with hammocks. Common kitchen is the cleanest I've seen in any hostel. I ended up staying a week, as it was so hard to leave!
Everything except there is no heating system except the fireplace. So when the fireplace shut down in the night, the next day it is very cold (in winter time)
