Breakfast was tailored to my needs and hit the spot. One of the most comfortable places I have stayed, great bedding in the average sized bedroom and plenty of heating options throughout, place was heated when I arrived. The living areas are very large. Good instructions in the booklet on the table. Host was helpful and courteous. Great location, walk to shops and train station. Would happily stay again.

Convenient location and very clean and spacious. Convenient to park the car right outside the door.
There is a pool and nice garden surrounding but we didn’t use them as it was winter during our stay. Had dinner at a great pub called the Northo. Enjoyed the Benalla art gallery and gardens.
