I don’t typically leave reviews however The Hotel Manager Josh was exceptional. Even though it was the end of the season and reduced guests Josh went above and beyond in every way. Room upgrade, prim parking, helped us carry out luggage in and out, late checkout at no extra cost. From someone that travels frequently Josh is one of the best staff we have come across. We will be back 👍

The apartment was beautifully appointed. There is a Nespresso machine (wish I'd known about that, I would have brought my favourite capsules), dishwasher, laundry, 1.5 bathrooms. It has a lovely view, the night skiiing fireworks were great to watch from there. The bar is small, with a pool table (which I think you have to pay for, I didn't play). We stayed there in November as a family member was competing in the Ultra Trail 100km race.
The location is excellent and the resort is fabulous. The apartment/duplex is well located in the resort right on the lakefront. It has a well appointed kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and bed linen excellent.
