The location is excellent and there is a very good cafe/restaurant on the ground floor which meant that after returning from a day's outing we could get a good meal after freshening up without leaving the hotel.
Very easy to self check-in, big comfortable bed and super close to Ulumbarra Theatre (to watch Ring Cycle). It was also nice that there were only 3 rooms so it was peaceful and there was enough parking, which could be accessed at any time.

Location was the biggest asset for this motel with just a ten minutes walk to restaurants in town and Ulumbarra Theatre.
The building itself is a good set up, with easy access and good parking. The actual room whilst a bit on the small side, and showing it's age, was lovely and clean and well maintained.
