Exceptional customer service yet again. We arrived early so they prioritised cleaning our room and allowed us to check into and gain access to our room hours prior to check in. Room was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed - even a spa bath!

A beautiful property with lots of history. The room was huge and well appointed. The gardens are inviting and well maintained. All of my encounters with staff were very pleasant and friendly; true hospitality. The most important thing was that they welcomed my two dogs as well.
