Location of the Hotel was really good. (It was a mistake I made to stay) as my friends husband has a sore leg but hurt it more playing bowls so it was very difficult for him to negotiate the stairs. I also didnt realize that their room had a bath/shower which also made it harder for him to negotiate. I did ask them if they were happy to go to the Exchange Hotel as you had stairs and they didnt think it would be a problem.

We had dinner late on arrival and the staff were totally amazing all were friendly and always greeted you with a big smile, oh and the meals were so tasty was just an all round great experience
