By The Sea definitely exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect being right across from the beach, along the main strip of shops and a close 10 minute walk to the Marina. The facilities were just perfect, as well as being able to grab any supplies for the beach we might need or even taking a bike to ride around port Douglas without having to pay!
Just 100 metres from Four Mile Beach, Port Douglas Apartments is an adults only, non-smoking property featuring an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and BBQ area set in beautiful gardens.
Nice roomy apartments. Great location - easy walk to both Macrossan Street and the beach.
Also staff were helpful when we needed to change our booking.

The Queenslander is well situated in a quiet road, and is an easy easy walk away from Macrossan Street.
The apartment was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The location is perfect. Just around the corner from Macrossan Street meant you were away from noise and crowds, but only a couple of minutes walk from coffee, great restaurants and lovely shops. The apartment was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and there was free undercover parking. Four Mile Beach was just across the road.
Perect location with a short stroll to the beach and so close to Macrossan Street. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay as a family of four. The kids loved it, and the pool was heated so very comfortable to swim in. We used the bbq often and our kitchen was well equipped. There were excellent communication from the Tropical Reef team right from booking and Sue was so super accommodating of all our needs during our stay.

Couple of very minor issues requiring attendance of staff to apartment. Staff attended very quickly and fixed the issue.
Location was great for being right in the mix on macrossan street - we had a room facing the street and it wasn’t too noisy And we enjoyed having drinks the evening and feeling in the mix. Apartment was pretty up to date with good facilities and very clean.
It was a large, clean and comfortable 2BR apartment. The original artworks were a feature. A 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to Macrossan Street. We didn't have a car and didn't need one to see everything in Port Douglas. The apartment was in a quiet block.
Fabulously located apartment in the heart of Port Douglas, close to restaurants and walking distance to 4 mile beach and the marina. The apartment was a very good size for 2 people. Lovely kitchenette, which we didn't use as there was such a variety of food places to eat on Macrossan Street. The apartment had all that we needed, it was private and the owners were always keen to attend to any of our needs, such as booking our transfer back to Cairns airport. Highly recommended
