All the staff members are amazing. Better than any other 5 star big hotels Ive stayed. The room is small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not a buffet but simple toasts, yogurt, nuts, coffee, and teas. However, it was delicious and well presented.

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful with recommendations of the area, places to eat etc. Tons of break out areas, cool interiors/exteriors and located next to the prison you can visit for the day. Free sunscreen, and drinks to buy, as well as the free breakfast pancakes were all nice extra touches and not expected. Great location, close to the Fremantle markets, coffee shops, restaurants, Little Creatures brewery.
The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. We made use of the laundry and gym facilities in the building, so that was great too. The air-con in the room worked well too.
The location was the best part, very close to the ferry for Rottnest island, the Ferris wheel, little creatures brewery, and lots of restaurants.
