Lili and reception lady on 19th to help me whilst having a panic attack offered and calmed me down and even gave mineral water! The most warmest welcome I've experienced and so understanding as our dog is I'll at GARS and we didn't know how long we'd be here for but the team need not worry us as they understood. Highly recommend location and cleanliness. Mum got lost and locked out the cleaning staff couldn't have helped more! So pleasant and caring. High 5s!!

The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds and a bonus bathtub which we were very grateful for. The location is right inside the Botanical Gardens which is very quiet and quite restful.

Very clear instructions provided for contactless key collection. Apartment is centrally located next to Deakin University and overlooking the water. The car spot was handy and the apartment itself was very well equipped and spacious.
It was a good location for access to Deakin university. The room had everything I needed (kettle, coat hangers, shampoo etc.). The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had access to Netflix and other streaming services. The place and room had a locked code so I felt safe. Fantastic and quick communication from the host via text. There was a shared kitchen, ironing facilities and dishwasher.
Excellent location on Eastern Beach Road, across from the beach and piers, and two blocks from Deakin university. We were in town primarily for a graduation ceremony.
The bed was comfortable and the room (6th floor) was quiet.
Novotel Geelong is well placed for most attractions. We were attending a Musical concert at Costa Hall, part of Deakin University. The concert was great. We had travelled by train from Melbourne for an overnight stay. Despite poor weather, the location made the conditions rather unimportant. The facilities and staff were excellent.
