Make sure you get a train booking.
Make sure you get a train booking. Arriving and expecting to get on the next train is not always possible. Even on a day out of season and school holidays we still had to wait for over an hour.
This was not a problem for us but might be a problem for anyone on a tight timeframe.

The underwater viewing Conservatory is a must. The train trip to the end of the jetty just adds to the experience. Well informed staff lead both the train trip and the underwater experience. Not to be missed.

The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. Has everything we need, including microwave, toaster, hair dryer, and kettle. Parking is right in front of the room. There's also a bbq area that is free of charge to use. It comes with a boom gate, which we were given a key for. Good location as well, only 3min drive to the Busselton jetty.
Beautifully clean and well kept. Great location, walking distance from the Busselton Jetty and restaurants. Great play area for kids, and BBQ outdoor space. Everything was welcoming and beautifully maintained. Second time staying here and I have highly recommended to my friends. Which have also made their first booking here for next weekend :) Looking forward to our next trip back here!
Everything was great. Location on main road but wasn't a problem for sleeping
Easy walk to centre of town with great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend The Fire Station for dinner. Short drive to Busselton Jetty
Great location opposite Busselton Jetty and close to trendy eateries such as Shelter and Goose, also the hotel's own bistro.
Room was large and clean, bathroom recently updated, good water pressure.

The location is great! Walking distance to Busselton jetty and restaurants, and close to Busselton town centre. The house was very comfortable and furnished with everything we needed.
The house is well presented with plenty of space for everyone.
It is very close to the Busselton Jetty area which has lovely cafes on the promenade overlooking the beach.
Graham was a wonderful host who was prompt with communication and helpful throughout our stay. He even suggested a late check out when I mentioned we had a late flight which we were very grateful for.

A comfortable 1 night stay. We arrived at dark, and clear instructions were given for smooth check-in. Very friendly staff. The motel is very near Busselton Jetty and the town by car. Location is good for us who just wanted a night stay pitstop and to visit Busselton Jetty the next morning.

The accommodation was so lovely, the old manor house and rooms were lovely. The hotel is close to the beach and 1 km from the Busselton Jetty and easily walking distance from the centre . The room was clean and had all I needed.
