The little house felt very private and peaceful, with a beautiful view overlooking the valley - the perfect spot to unwind and relax. It was extremely modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Liat and Shahar were great hosts - they left us to our own devices but were very responsive when our gas bottle ran out - dashing out immediately to switch it over. There's lots to see and do in the surrounding area, with delightful towns like Mullumbimby and Bangalow not far away, and we also made the short (but slightly terrifying!) trip to Minyon Falls in Nightcap National Park too. All in all it was a lovely base camp from which to explore the region, away from the hustle and bustle and commercialism of Byron Bay.
