Everything about the hotel was what my son and I expected. The suites were finished in a very modern style and the artificial fireplace was the icing on the cake.
The spa area was well dimensioned for the size of the hotel and the views from the top floor of the surrounding mountains was spectacular.
The food we ate there, whether breakfast, afternoon "snack" or supper never disappointed.

The location of the hotel is excellent right next to the Spieljochbahn. The hotel is nicely equipment, the rooms are spacious and there are enough parking spaces. The wellness area is beautiful. I booked half board and the food was also fine, although having tried the hotel restaurant before several times, I was expecting a bit more.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The appartments are spacious, clean and furnitured with everything you need. Location is perfect, 5 min by car to Fugen (Spieljochbahn). Very nice view from the terrace, including BBQ. There is a room, where you can dry your boots and ski/snowboard after good day in the mountain. I strongly reccoment Julian`s Appartments.
The apartment is in a great location, just a few meters from the Spieljochbahn ski lift. It is clean and very well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Thanks to its two bathrooms, it is also suitable for families. The check-in process was smooth, and the covered garage parking was excellent.
The location was excellent, close to three very good Ski resorts, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, Zell and the nearest to the property Spieljoch. All excellent.

Very spacious appartment, Well Equipped, friendly hosts. Close to ski bus stop to go over to HochFugen. Ski hire shop about 300m away, and the ski lift to spieljoch about 400m away. Ski room for equipment which has heaters for boots. Highly recommend this apartment.
Everything in the apartment was good. The balcony on the apartment was very nice and had a good view of the valley. It is located directly at the start of the Spieljochbahn, which should be extra convenient during the skiing season.
Nice place close to all ski resorts around (Zillertal Arena, Hochfugen, Kaltenbach, Spieljochbahn) as well as close to swimming pool (1 minute by car) and Fugen city. Big plus is bakery in walking distance.
The apartment was equipped with sauna (nice) operated 3 times a week.
