Breakfast was sublime, such a choice. Natural pool was lovely, sauna was good and the room was large and immaculate with a great shower. Nice to have the balcony to sit on and tea and coffee facilities too. Dinner in the restaurant was first class and we ate there three nights. Staff were really cheerful and helpful - we loved it there and would go back for certain.

This was one of the coolest hotel experiences. Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

Location is beautiful. Plenty of walking paths from the hotel. Not much else close by though (within walking distance) if you wanted to go for dinner say outside the hotel. But the food is so lovely that you wouldn't want to!
Spa is lovely - sauna is hot and pool is refreshing and clean.
Food is yummy.
Staff are very friendly. We don't speak German but that wasn't a problem as they all spoke English.

Excellent food, great chef. Very pleasant service in the restaurant, Czech speaking. The hotel was very quiet, nice place, very convenient location for trips to the mountains.
