Brand new apartment with a high spec finish. Warm, comfortable, excellent mountain view, staff really friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in the future. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Location is super: spar shop at the ground level, ski lift is about 300m with rental. Apartman 14 is nice with huge balcony. We were fortunate to do sunbathing in swimming dress after skiing on the balcony. Pizzeria is next to the building.

In addition, they feature a washing machine and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. In some units, a sauna is provided, as well. As a family, we really liked Hanna's place. It's very clean, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi connection and comfortable beds. The gym is really nice and is clearly put together by a person who knows how to use the stuff -- actually, one of the best 'hotel' gyms I've used. Hanna's hospitality was above&beyond our wishes, and we felt truly welcome. With Hochkönig card included, this place is an excellent base to explore the Hochkönig area in summer. Maria Alm itself is a wonderful place and clearly stands out among other villages around, including Zell am See.

The stylish accommodation units are fitted with design furniture, wooden floors and carefully chosen decoration. Each unit consist of a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living room with a dining area. Some units come with an open bathing area, which is integrated into the sleeping room. A flat-screen cable TV and radio are provided in each apartment. Clean apartment with everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent with personal touches from the host. We had a terrace toward the river and beautiful natures around that made a great evening enjoying glass of wine.

The equipment of the apartment, the location, the cleanliness, plus the fact that the towels were changed repeatedly during the stay. Very friendly and helpful owner. A summer market, bus station and bakery are right next to the house.

The Johanneshof is located in the centre of the small town Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer. It offers bright rooms with a private bathroom, ski-to-door access and free internet access.

Spotless clean, lovely apartment, with a very well equipped kitchenette. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We received Hochkonig Card which gave us free access to many local services, eg. mountain railway, outdoor swimming pool, and many others which didn`t have time to use. The village is lovely, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Great place for holiday.
