The receptionist was not receptive, there were no sockets near the beds and the breakfast staff are very rude, we arrived at 9:40 to have breakfast, more than enough time, as the cafe closes at 10:00, however the person in charge told me to hurry as the cafe was about to close, which I considered such a lack of respect. I only stayed there because I thought it would be the best hotel in Porto Velho, but it was a disappointment. I leave this comment here, but I won't go into more detail, and I still have a lot to say!
