Great experience with Jacqui and Steve. Despite being a group of 9 friends Jacqui and Steve remained very serene, professional and nice. They were super responsive during our stay and the process from the check-in to the check-out was crazy smooth and streamlined. The house is fully equipped, very comfortable and was matching the description. Again thank you

The room, the en-suite and the furniture was great. The bed large and very comfortable. Many pillows provided. The TV was very good (but didn't use it much). The en-suite was excellent and there were both a shower and a bath tub. I used both, and was very pleased also with the variety of towels and soaps provided. The breakfast was fantastic. A very large selection of food and drinks to choose from, and all of a very high quality!

Absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful area of Newcastle. Quiet and relaxing, with great spaces for business and coffee. One of the largest, most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The bathroom was lovely and the water pressure was amazing.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was a really good size. We ate both breakfast and dinner and the food was lovely. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. We all used the pool, it was great that children can use it most of the day. Really enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi. The bar was great to sit in for a relaxing drink. Overall we had a lovely stay.

The room was very comfortable and a very good size. We had two queen sized beds. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower and was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. There is a spa with small swimming pool and jacuzzi/ steam. Basic but nice to have. Plenty of room downstairs for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. It was also quiet which is a must for me. No noisy neighbours.
