The property is non-smoking and is situated 4 km from Eureka Springs Historic District. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it! Every detail was thought of and it truly was a get away! Very close to town but felt like we were in the country. The deck was so nice to have to relax and drink a cup of coffee on in the AM and a glass of wine at night.

We enjoying the location of the property, and the beauty of the home. It was such a neat experience and my first time staying at an Inn! We will be back
The rooms are very comfortable and stocked with everything you need including coffee, tea, water, cookies, and welcome wine. The inn is steps from the trolley station, shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfast in the morning is AMAZING!
Location was great. It was nice to have parking in such a busy area. Food was within walking distance. The Inn itself is very beautiful. The room is nice and comfortable.

The hotel lobby had lots of character due to it's age. The setting and grounds looked beautiful. We only stayed one night so there was probably much more we could have down. We had a drink on the fourth floor balcony, listening to a musician, while we waited to be seated for dinner across the hall. The pizza was excellent as well as the view from the outside dining terrace. I also went on the Ghost Tour which was fun.
The location was great and the room was spacious. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The eggs were a little odd, though, but cinnamon rolls, sausage links, bisquits and gravy were delightful.
It was the perfect place to enjoy nature and take sanctuary. I was able to Door Dash dinner. The downtown area is just a short drive away. Treehouse was so adorable and nicely decorated/layed out. The photos online do not do it justice. Perfect!
I stayed in the Country Cottage and it was the perfect little get away - very nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were beyond gracious (available, not invasive) and served up a gourmet breakfast. The cookies left out for an afternoon treat were delicious and a nice touch. The microwave popcorn packets in the cabin were exactly what I was hoping for when I arrived. There is a trolley stop next to the inn which made it very convenient for getting around as driving and parking in Eureka Springs can be nerve-racking.
The inn was on the trolley line, so it was easy to get to-and-from the downtown historic district and other local attractions. They also have ice machine, filtered water, microwaves, game room with pool table, and free coffee each morning.
