Very nice hotel in quiet part of of the inner city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable.
Excellent location. Clise to station so an easy walk, and also to the river and castle. Provision of dinner option a real bonus. Loved the books though not our specialty.

Natsumi was such a lovely staff member from check in to check out! It felt very comfortable from the beginning and everything about the stay was explained quickly but clearly. The best part about the stay is the access to community spaces because it’s very easy to become friends with other guests whilst staying, which makes the stay much more enjoyable.
