Nursultan Grand Guest House is superb. It is very comfortable, beautiful and located centrally. Hosts are caring and make you feel like family. Breakfast is very good. It includes breads, eggs, cheese, sausage, fruits, tea/coffee etc. Guest House has beautiful garden having fruit bearing trees and birds in courtyard. We loved it.

I like this kind of stay, rustic and a good break from normal hotel rooms. Very safe and quiet as in a courtyard, and the owners stay up throughout. Sometimes these staysnare better at supporting guests than hotels, they let you know when things are on, are not pushy and allow for privacy and are very polite. Were really helpful. Directly behind the square, great location atlway from the general walkways. The staff are so nice, they

The Chehra guest house is located in a quiet area, yet near to all the main attractions of Samarkand. It’s cosy, authentic, and well-maintained. The host, Komil, is very considerate, and his children who helped us a few times are just adorable! Thank you all for our great experience in Samarkand.

Quaint guest house not far from University Boulevard. The courtyard is cute, with lovely fruit trees. Plenty of dining options nearby. Only one of the hosts speaks English, but the others are friendly and try to be helpful.

Very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, it didn’t feel like you were in a hotel, more like you lived in a fancy house! Breakfast is served in the kitchen, which again makes you feel at home, very well cared for! You can reach Amir Timur’s Mausoleum within a 3 minute walk, so perfectly located! Our rooms had a nice view of the Registan square, which was very special too! I live in Uzbekistan and have been to dozens of different guest houses in Samarkand, and this was for sure the best!!!

The guest house has an excellent location, in the very heart of the historical area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and gave onto a beautiful courtyard. It was very quiet at night. The free breakfast is truly splendid. And the manager and staff are most hospitable and helpful. All in all, this accommodation option is of the first order. Rod Ginniff, Yackandandah, Australia.

The guest house is situated in the heart of the old town, close to all places of interest. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The window looks at the inner garden, which makes the place very quiet. Our host is an open-minded,energetic woman. She speaks fluently Russian and English. The breakfasts are served in a seperate room, which can be used by the guests to prepare their own meals.
