The location is very convenient, central bit still quiet. The restaurant Serafina is very good, both for dinner and the outstanding breakfast buffet

Very nice property Midtown east, close to all in the area and Grand Central Station, not too large nor crowded, 4 rooms per floor, rooms reasonably spacious for NYC, very clean, nicely appointed, staff super friendly and helpful, nice clientele, restaurant small and a bit slow but good for breakfast and dinner.

During our recent visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Marilyn, whose exceptional customer service as a receptionist left a lasting impression. The complete team was fantastic but to us Marilyn has an innate ability to understand what we wanted, she was able to find quick and flexible solutions and her recommendations for shopping destinations were just perfect. We will recommend the hotel and come back again if we will travel in NY.

I stay here every year for the NYC Half Marathon. It is a very short walk from the finish line, and conveniently located to the subway to get to the start line. It’s always clean and comfortable and has a beautiful restaurant for pre race dinner!

Really cool and quirky. Room was well planned and had the illusion of space. Comfy beds. Great location - just meters away from Macy’s! Liked the $30 dollar credit we had every day to spend on food. This meant that on days we didn’t want a big breakfast we could use our credit in the bar for lunch or dinner. It was a nice touch having baskets of individually wrapped cookies/ muffins/ fruit and drinks in the foyer for a “free” breakfast on the go.

This was our first time staying in the Hilton Garden Inn. In the financial district we absolutely love the location as it was right next-door to our favorite restaurant Fraunces Tavern. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and helped us with directions and locations and our way around the area. Would definitely stay here again.!!!

Our stay was pleasant and fulfilled our needs. Very close to the train station which was great. I booked the room not knowing much about Central Park. My goal for the overnight trip was to visit Central Park so I wanted to be close to the park, but not empty my pockets. The hotel was further away from the main “sites” of Central Park, but that allowed us to explore even more of the park. We had a beautiful fall walk through Centeal Park with dinner at Tavern on the Green. Overall, the location worked well for us.
