After an unfortunate booking disaster with Quality Inn and Suites, I rebooked with Booking.com and then showed up 5 minutes later, they had 2 rooms, the first wasn't ready. When she set up the second room she discounted my stay for the inconvenience. What a tremendous relief to have great service and the Best Western Plus is now a hotel I will look for when I travel.
The young lady at the front desk was awesome! She was very nice and had a great recommendation for dinner. I can't remember her name. (Blondish hair and she was pregnant)
