    Alicia, was terrific, awesome customer service! Friendly, professional and went the extra mile! After an unfortunate booking disaster with Quality Inn and Suites, I rebooked with Booking.com and then showed up 5 minutes later, they had 2 rooms, the first wasn't ready. When she set up the second room she discounted my stay for the inconvenience. What a tremendous relief to have great service and the Best Western Plus is now a hotel I will look for when I travel.

    The young lady at the front desk was awesome! She was very nice and had a great recommendation for dinner. I can't remember her name. (Blondish hair and she was pregnant)

    The breakfast was minimal due to COVID19 protocol -- that wasn't Comfort Inn's fault. I still found something good to eat for breakfast even with the little offered. And the bed/mattress was definitely clean and COMFORTable. Great bed, great shower, great service. Thanks!
