The Room was very good and the bathroom very clean . Dinner I had the buffet which was on offer and that was enjoyable and their system employed to get the meal was very efficient. It meant that you did not have to queue. Breakfast was speedily served and well cooked.

We loved the size of the family room and the bathroom. Both were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Rooms had all the amenities you would expect. Staff very friendly, food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast (breakfast was included in the price). Plenty of parking and near to attractions that we wanted to visit. Value for money, will stay here again!

Hunters Lodge was just what we wanted for a halfway stop to break up our journey. We were immediately welcomed by friendly staff and were really pleased with our room which was clean, comfortable and spacious. This place is out of an old British storybook. Very popular local pub. Full English breakfast was fantastic. Both the version cooked by the chef and also the one made by Gill the innkeeper. Very welcoming and accommodating staff at the Inn.
