The location was good, easy access to the town walking distance . We enjoyed the food we had during our stay. The twin room was clean a little tired in places, but this would definitely not stop us returning.The breakfast was a great start to the day . The staff were friendly and very happy to help . The White Hart is situated in the heart of Somerset and just 3 miles from the A303 and A37. The property has been serving as a pub in the market square of Somerton since the 16th century.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The room was quiet and en suite. The bed was a little soft but comfortable. The bathroom was adequate for our needs.
The dinner was exceptional and not overpriced. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly.
This is a proper village inn with spacious comfortable rooms. The dining experience was first class and neither did the breakfast disappoint. The room was enormous and the bed was the size of a table tennis table. The quality of the food was excellent and portion sizes very generous.
The atmosphere in the Kings Arms Inn was lovely the staff were friendly and helpful and the locals very welcoming. The food was excellent and plentiful, we were in room 12 a twin room it was a good size and very quiet and comfortable.
