It’s was lovely cosy place, very Morden and clean, and lovely friendly staff! Feel very welcome. I would come back to the yard hotel again in future to stay there.

Fabulous room and great reception on arrival with the assistance we had on some questions regarding the Bath road tax! Very good dinner that night and wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Room was clean, well presented and spacious, on ground floor, with roomy en-suite. Bed was comfortable, Coffee and tea facilities present , Hairdryer in drawer. Staff were very welcoming, and friendly. Dinner and Breakfast were pleasing in choice and delivery. No extraneous noise from the rest of the hotel (and the room was right by reception),slept well.
On the banks of the River Avon, Timbrell's Yard is a 15-minute drive from historical Bath.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Without exception, the staff were lovely. Chloe on the front desk was very helpful and I really appreciated being put in room 101! Breakfast was excellent.

Everything perfect, 15 minutes walk from city centre, is worthy for the money and quality that you get. Beautifully decorated guest house with very welcoming staff. Clean to high standards.

Our innkeeper and host was so kind and friendly. He made us feel right at home! The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything! The rooms and downstairs pub was nice and felt newly renovated. Would definitely recommend!
We really liked this Pulteney Road Guest House - it reinforced feeling like you were staying in Bath. Room was spacious with very cute coffee and tea making area. Breakfast and Dinner were EXCELLENT! It's a hip hotel with countless fancy cocktails. Very nice ambience. Very helpful staff.
