There were a couple of issues with my room that I discovered during the first night (maintenance type things) and so for my second night they sweetly moved me to a room, and upgraded me to make up for the issues. They were so kind and didn't make me feel like a burden: it's been a long time since I felt so taken care of when staying anywhere.
