Nice friendly people, especially the restaurant and cleaning staff, very near the airport, which made it easy to get back and forth. Reasonable choice of dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant decor.
location was good - staff was very good, clean and comfy the room ok, but the breakfast very limited with choice and quality - same for dinner .. . no complimentary products in the room, not even a shower cap... a pity i thought a Hyatt would be a higher level,

The hotel is greatly designed, new, and very clean. The lobby is wonderfully designed and with board games, foosball, etc for the entire family. Lot of seating in the lobby and a nook to work if needed. We got some takeout for dinner and with a lot of seating available, we were able to eat comfortably at a table in the lobby. A HUGE plus is the 24/7 free coffee and hot water and water bottle refill. And of course, FREE PARKING! And FREE BREAKFAST!
We had an 11 hour overnight layover and this was a great location for a quick rest before our next flight. Fast airport transfer and with our late arrival we were so happy to see the restaurant was still open for dinner.
Was a great hotel! So much more high quality than I expected, I had a room with a dining/kitchenette area and it was brilliant! The staff checking in/out were super helpful and honestly, it being close to Dennys made it easy for me to grab something quick for dinner that night.
Perfect location for airport and downtown Toronto. Very friendly restaurant with excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. Reception staff very helpful and arranged 3 pm checkout as we had a late flight.
Great location, very close to the airport. There's a free shuttle bus service, and dinner options are available next to the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
