This Modern and Stylish 2bedroom apartment is situated a mere 700m stroll from the bustling Franschhoek town center The apartment is located in the Le Bourgette Estate and boasts breathtaking mountain views from all its windows in the 1st floor apartment. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and single bed making it the perfect room for a family, siblings, or friends to share. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the patio and let your eyes wander over the ever changing mountain light. Or come home and watch the sunset as you enjoy a glass of wine from one of the many vineyards you visit during your time in Franschhoek. Maybe light a fire on the charcoal Weber bbq, and enjoy a South African Braai, make use of the fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, dish washer, washing machine, tumbler dryer) and have a real family and friends home style dinner around the large dining table. And for those wanting to relax why not curl up on the couch with a movie on Netflix.
