Enjoy a cozy private space with a very comfortable King size bed, entrance separate entrance in a shared apt ( 1 person) with access to kitchen and bathroom. There is a door seperating the apt for more privacy. Located just one block from the 52nd street Train Station (7 line) 10-15 mins to NYC, 10 min Uber ride from La Guardia 20 min ride from JFK. Walking distance from 24hr pharmacy, comveniene store, deli, bakery, laundromat, bars & restaurants and much more
Work, gym and outdoors pretty much sums me up. Local 45 Union worker ( carpenter).
Great neighborhood with many nearby location's there is always something to do, somewhere to eat, have a drink or go for a walk .
