My disabled mother booked a easy access room and we paid for it ! On arrival we were advised that room was being used! So no room after 12 hours travelling, The manager booked us another room easy access and disable friendly at the Aqua Hotel next door across the road! Truthfully i never been in this situation it was hard going on arrival for my mum!! Not at all expectable!
