ION Rental and Property Management offers short and mid term rental properties. All of our managed properties are modernly decorated and includes all the amenities you love. We carefully select each home based on safety, ease of access, proximity to business districts, shopping and attractions. Each room features locks on each door with key access. The front door is accessible with a key-code entry with shared common spaces including the living room, kitchen and dining areas. All of our homes feature washer and dryers, refrigerator, full cooking appliances and cooking amenities and are professionally managed.

Private room rental in a 4 bedroom home in amazing location near downtown, Med Center, NRG Stadium and Pearland! One queen size bedroom for 2 in each room with shared living spaces. Our rooms feature locks on every door and ultra-comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows. Each home is serviced with laundry, iron and iron board and cleaning supplies, and pantry items including coffee and snacks, modernly designed for comfort and accessibility. The shared spaces feature large-screen LED TVs in the living room, full dinnerware, cookware, and appliances. All of our corporate rental locations feature ultra-fast fiber speed Wi-Fi, self-check-in and out, and all major amenities are included.
