The room is absolutely exactly what you paid for. It is very comfortable, everything is clean, there is no dust or dirt, and the linen is snow-white, there is no mold or other people's hair in the bathroom, the beds are very comfortable, and the pillows and blankets are quite comfortable. There is a handrail in the bathroom to prevent falling. There is bright light in the room that can be adjusted, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. There is only one very small drawback - a slippery surface in the bathroom and no anti-slip mat or written warning to hold on to the handrail.

Just isn't what it use to be.
Just isn't what it use to be. I use to shop at the Galleria several times a month back in the early 2000s actually since the 80s as a kid but as an adult the 2000s. The place feels like an outlet mall now. Even the high-end retailers don't have the same feel or level of service they once had. I rather shop online and do curbside. Sad because it use to be fun shopping and establishing relationships with store associates that you could count on regularly for assistance. Not anymore.

These people are not concerned about your health!! Coronavirus is at an alarming height in Houston and I was given a room that was previously lived in.
I was furious to say the least, knowing I am taking all precautions and needed a clean safe place to sleep.
Front desk was nonchalant and just offered me a different room.
If you take your life seriously at these times, don't go to this hotel.
