Location is excellent, very close to the FLL airport. It's cleaner and cozier than any hotel room for comparable price. Parking and access were easy and straightforward. The shower was small as others mentioned, but very nice with all its mosaic tiles.

PRIVATE & centrally located guest suite, attached to a single-story home. It has its own private entrance and patio, enclosed by a wooden fence and gate. Near major highways (441/Turnpike/I-95/I-595), 1/2 mile from HARD ROCK GUITAR HOTEL, about 8 miles to PORT EVERGLADES CRUISE TERMINALS, 4 MILES TO FLL AIRPORT, 4 miles to Dania Beach, 7 miles to Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale. Restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations nearby. Guest suite with self check-in & PRIVATE ENTRANCE. The suite features a private patio, bedroom & bathroom with washer/dryer/mini fridge/microwave/purified water dispenser. Driveway available for free parking. As you enter the room you will find a private bathroom with a stand-up 1 person shower stall, as well as laundry machines/mini-fridge/microwave & a purified water machine for hot & cold water with teas & instant coffee packets for your convenience. The room is very clean, serene and comfy. The walls are white and the decor is simple, with white, ivory & gold accents. A queen sized comfortable bed with very cozy sheets and comforter set. White furniture with many drawers to place clothes and personal items in. There is wifi and a television with popular streaming apps already downloaded, just login into your own account and relax and just log out before your stay time ends. There is also a battery operated white noise machine which helps relax when it's time for bed.
The neighborhood is a mature, quiet and well established area; most of the residences have lived here many years. There is plenty of public transportation within walking distance, as well as rideshare services. Many people stay in this neighborhood due to close proximity to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, beaches, airport FLL and cruise ship port in Fort Lauderdale. There is a fast food restaurant as well as two dine in restaurants, drive-thru mart, and gas stations within walking distance.
